As we are still dealing with Covid-19, we thought it would be important to update on how our business has changed, and our new policies in place.
Like most businesses we have been ensuring our exposure is limited and have been requiring all meetings to take place digitally. We have been meeting with clients through Zoom, Skype, Slack, Discord and regular phone calls to ensure we can help in any way possible using your preferred method of communication.
A large percentage of our clients are deemed essential and we have ensured we can offer our high level of support to these clients during this unusual time. Since March, we have not been charging any fees for updating Covid-19 related messages (pop-ups, banners, etc) to our clients. Additionally we have implemented flexible payment plans upon request from clients.
For the month of June we will be continuing with our Covid-19 policy and restricting meetings to online only including both meetings for new & existing clients.
