Eventually your website will likely stop working or become hacked. Having out of date plugins is one of the most common ways that a WordPress website can be hacked. 

Having out of date plugins can also prevent your website from performing at its best especially when new updates optimize existing code for speed improvements.

Although we have never had a managed website become hacked – we do offer hacked website clean up services and cleaning each website is a unique process. 

We need to find the source of infection and restore the website slowly. If the infection is bad enough or no backups are available we can offer to rebuild the website from a Way Back Machine archive.

Your backups are securely stored online and your backup frequency can be set to your preferred frequency. Generally we set each regular website to a daily backup (around midnight) and E-Commerce websites every 4 hours.

We use a state of the art monitoring system that visits your website every 5 minutes. If the website doesn’t respond we are alerted instantly and will begin looking into the issue and notifying you. 

For high demand websites we can lower this interval to check as frequently as needed.

Yes, the Advanced plan includes up to 4 hours of updates each month. We also offer custom packages with more hours if required.

Yes, no contract lengths are required. We do request 30 days advance notice.

Please note you will not be able to retrieve any backups after the 30 days.
