The goal of this contest is to provide a nonprofit in Durham Region with a new website, no strings attached. However we have a few rules & restrictions:

1. Only registered nonprofits
2. The nonprofit must be located in Durham Region, Ontario, Canada (no exceptions)
3. Giveaway is valued at $2200 (our basic rate / website package). Any requested features outside of our standard plan may be additional billing, pending approval from non-profit. 
4. Website Hosting provided by 368 Durham, or a third party is an additional cost. On average hosting costs are $120/year. 
5. Giveaway value is to be considered a one-time donation to nonprofit
6. Multiple submissions from the same computer, or IP address will be voided. This also includes VPN masking, or entries from outside of Durham Region.
